Tim Robertson Jr. - M.S., CSCS
Tim earned his Bachelor's Degree in Education & Exercise Science from The University of Dayton, and his Masters Degree in Sport Physiology from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Tim is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through The National Strength and Conditioning Association and has worked in the strength and conditioning profession for over 14 years, helping prepare youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes for athletic competition and performance.  

Some of his clients include: MLB standout Matt Kata of the Pittsburgh Pirates,; NFL Super Bowl winners London Fletcher, Joe Jurevicious and Keith McKenzie; NFL Pro Bowl players Nate Clements and LeCharles Bentley; 2006 Heisman Trophy Winner Troy Smith, Ohio State All-American's and NFL 1st Round Draft picks Ted Ginn Jr, and Donte Whitner; and NBA standouts Nene and Leandro Barbosa.

Prior to opening Speed Strength Systems, Tim served as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at The University of Miami, Florida, under the direction of Strength Coach Tom Moffit (currently Head Strength Coach at Louisiana State University), and at Ohio University, under Coach Ethan Reeve (currently Head Strength Coach at Wake Forest University). He has written several publications on sport-specific training, including: "Preparing a professional baseball player for spring training camp." Strength and Conditioning; 20(4)4:1998.

Tim also worked in sports therapy for the Sports Health section of The Cleveland Clinic, where he was a strength-physiological consultant to a variety of athletes, along with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Rockers.
